Discover EMPOWER-X
The domains, use cases and services in the data space, and what every offer tells you before you order it.
Four domains
Positive Energy District and municipal energy management
District-level insight for Positive Energy District planning and energy-poverty measures, without centralising citizens’ data.
Distributed renewable asset monitoring
Generation and surplus data from solar and other local assets, with traceable proof of renewable origin.
Tariff and market intelligence
Forecasting and flexibility inputs for DSOs, utilities and service providers, exchanged in standard formats.
Territorial benchmarking and decarbonisation
Compare territories using common codes and units (NUTS, LAU, SI) to follow progress toward climate goals.
Current use cases
The Governance Authority keeps this register and reports every year on new services and offers (R2.2).
