Shape the data space

Propose a use case or service

Any participant may propose a new value-creation service built on shared data. The Technical Committee checks it against chapters R4 to R6.

Ask for a rule change

Anyone can submit a change request. Major changes go to a 30-day consultation, then to the General Assembly.

How changes work

Community meeting

An open community meeting at least once a year, plus onboarding sessions for municipalities and energy communities twice a year.

Four short surveys, and results that come back to you
